Explore Sri Lankan’s ” LOCALES’ LIFE” I was a girl from 80’s who have tasted the life of a villager in my childhood up to maximum . Don’t sure whether my children would ever able to experience the things and life we had 20 years back.Now my kids are playing with mac, phones and tabs which I haven’t seen till i was about 16 years old. Time has been changed at the same time life styles also had changed a lot.In my house now am using gas cookers and microwave for cooking but I still love the taste of wooden stove made food which were soo yummy.
Yes my muma though she has gas cooker in her house still made wooden stove food for us when we back to home for vacations.The taste came out of wooden stove couldn’t replace ever form a electric or gas cooker.If you guys ever visiting Sri Lanka make sure you gonna have a home made locale meal before you leave this country.
Sri Lanka is famous for its lovely yummy food which give devine taste to your taste buds. The most tasty curries out of wooden stove made food are Polos curry, fish ambul thiyal , Kekiri , chicken, kalu pol curry, mud crab curry.I should say that these curries are taste but bit chillie so be careful when tasting.
So with in your stay at Sri Lanka stay a one night in a locale home. Have a lunch or dinner made by them at home. Feel their love and warm welcome which you could never able to find anywhere in the world. Yes Sri Lankan people are really warm welcoming nationality who have warm heart and always with smiling faces.
